The Artful ABCs of Yoga Practice:
Alignment, Balance and Centering
In each class the yoga practice integrates three foundational elements: alignment, balance and centering.
The classes are designed to skillfully engage the mind, body and heart in an inner and outer dance of energy and awareness. These sessions are an amalgamation of Sujata's extensive hatha yoga, meditation and dance training. She draws upon the principles and techniques derived primarily from the unique Anusara style, combined with the explorations and insights gleaned from her daily yoga and meditation practice. Sujata describes her intention for the classes as "a joyous opportunity to celebrate and encourage the unfolding of each individual's inner beauty and strength - expressed through the physical discipline of yoga practice".
